At invisaWear, your peace of mind is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the invisaWear jewelry in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
