How does invisaWear smart jewelry work?
Our jewelry contains a hidden button on the back. When double-pressed, it sends your GPS location to emergency contacts and, optionally, 9-1-1 dispatchers via a Bluetooth connection to your smartphone.
Do I need a subscription to use the safety features?
The core safety features, including alerting up to five emergency contacts, are free. We also offer premium subscription plans for professional 24/7 monitoring and additional security features.
What is the shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer standard shipping across the United States, typically arriving within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their jewelry sooner.
Is the jewelry water-resistant?
While our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, it is not waterproof. We recommend removing your invisaWear before showering, swimming, or heavy exercise to protect the internal electronics.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Does the jewelry require charging?
No charging is required. The internal battery is designed to last approximately one to two years depending on usage. When the battery runs low, we offer a replacement program to upgrade your charm.
